Substitute any flavor of preserves.Substitute any flavor of extract, i.e., butternut, almond, etc. Can be made ahead of time & frozen.Can use most types of bread.Also, don't waste the remaining bread scraps. Make french toast mini strips out of them and freeze for a later treat.
