Buffalo Chicken Mini Hand Pies
Great for an afternoon snack or perfect for game time - try serving with ranch dressing and carrot and celery sticks.

1 cup chopped cooked chicken
1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
1 (13.8-ounce) package refrigerated pizza crust
Ranch dressing, if desired
Heat oven to 450°F. Combine chicken and buffalo wing sauce in small bowl.
Press dough into 15x10-inch rectangle. Cut into 8 (3 3/4x2 1/2-inch) rectangles.
Place 2 quarters cheese onto half of each piece of dough 1/2-inch from edge. Top with 1 rounded tablespoon chicken mixture and 2 quarters cheese. Brush edges of dough with egg. Fold dough over filling, aligning edges. Press edges with fork to seal.
Place onto greased baking sheet. Brush tops with egg.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with ranch dressing, if desired.
- Prepare as directed above; cool. Wrap each in plastic food wrap; place into large resealable freezer bag. Freeze up to 2 months. To reheat, place 1 frozen hand pie onto microwave-safe plate; microwave 45-60 seconds or until heated through.
- Buffalo wing sauce is available in different heat levels from mild to hot.
