Apple & Cheese Mini Hand Pies
A delicious breakfast or snack on the go. Apples and cheese with just a hint of cinnamon make this a snack kids and adults will love.

Heat oven to 450°F. Combine sugar and cinnamon in small bowl; set aside.
Press dough into 15x10¬inch rectangle. Cut into 8 (3 3/4x2 1/2-inch) rectangles.
Place 2 quarters cheese onto half of each piece of dough 1/2-inch from edge. Top with 3 to 4 slices apple; sprinkle with 1 teaspoon sugar cinnamon mixture. Top with 2 quarters cheese. Brush edges of dough with egg. Fold dough over filling, aligning edges. Press edges with fork to seal.
Place onto greased baking sheet. Brush tops with egg; sprinkle with about 3/4 teaspoon
sugar cinnamon mixture.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Prepare as directed above; cool. Wrap each in plastic food wrap; place into large resealable freezer bag. Freeze up to 2 months. To reheat, place 1 frozen hand pie onto microwave¬safe plate; microwave 45-60 seconds or until heated through.
