Spice up chicken and vegetables easily for everyone’s favorite chicken fajitas.
Melt 2 Sauté Express® squares in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat just until bubbles begin to form.
Sauté 13-18 minutes or until chicken reaches at least 165°F, is golden brown on both sides and juices run clear when pierced with a fork. Remove from skillet. Cut into thin strips.
Melt remaining 1 Sauté Express® square in skillet. Add bell peppers and onion. Cook 5-7 minutes or until softened.
Heat refried beans in microwave until warm. Spread over tortillas.
Top each tortilla with chicken, pepper mixture, cheese and additional toppings.

Made this recipe last night for my girlfriend and myself. The food was great and the recipe was very easy to follow. I recommend making some cheese dip before starting the fajitas (great as an appetizer or for dipping the fajitas in). Will definitely make this again.
