Only four ingredients are needed to create this family favorite.
Pierce potatoes with fork in 2-3 places. Microwave 3-5 minutes or until just beginning to soften.
Melt 2 Sauté Express® squares in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat just until bubbles begin to form.
Sauté 13-18 minutes or until chicken reaches at least 165°F, is golden brown on both sides and juices run clear when pierced with a fork. Remove from skillet.
Melt remaining 1 Sauté Express® square in skillet. Cut potatoes into bite-sized wedges; add potatoes and green beans to skillet. Cover; cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 8-10 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and green beans are tender.
Slice chicken; serve over potatoes and green beans.

This is a keeper! Great flavor. I use chicken tenders and mix up the veggies - my family likes to add sliced red bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, peas---whatever is handy.
I made this recipe a couple of times . Everybody loves it !!!! I have changed it up this last time , I add a bag of frozen veggies ( red potatoes , green beans, broccoli , roasted red peppers) that I got from the frozen food box truck guy that delivers to us . Thanks for sharing your recipe !!!
This is a simple, terrific meal. The only thing I did differently was cut the chicken in pieces. Next time, I think I'll use frozen green beans.
I made this today and the flavor was wonderful!! I added some onion with the potatoes and green beans. I will be making it again with one change the next time. The chicken breasts were a tad bit dry. Probably my fault since when testing the juices although they ran clear were a little pink, so I cooked them longer. So I'll use chicken tenders next time. I've always had better results with them being more moist. You can't go wrong with any of the Saute Express Flavor Squares. We love them!!
I gave this 4 stars because the flavor was awesome but it didn't come together for me very well. I did exactly how the instructions said step by step. The chicken didn't have the flavor that I thought it would have but the potatoes soaked up every bit of the flavor cubes which was great because it made up for the chicken. The only two things I would change would be cube the chicken and swap the green beans for another vegetable. Since the flavor was good I'll give this one more try!!!
i made this for dinner and my fiancee loved it.. he said to add it to the books :D super delicious
My 16 year old son had a moment over the potatoes in this recipe. He said "Mom! Can you make this all of the time!" Success and easy to boot!
OMG I am soo hapy to have found the sauté express seasonings. My family loves the flavor!! I have always had a hard time finding the correct seasonings for food, but this just makes my job 100 x's easier.
The taste is great and I love easy dinner recipes at least once a week this had a great flavor to it!
This recipe was very good and very easy. I substituted fresh asparagus for the beans and it was wonderful. I will be making this again.
I'm giving this 5 stars because my extremely picky (we're talking appetite of a five-year old) husband LOVED this meal. Will definitely be making this again. Super easy and quick, two things I love for busy weeknights!
This was a good recipe but put my own twist on it as i do everything and used asparagus instead of green beans. Also wanted it more on the healthy side so instead of the cubes i used the olive oil with basil and galic mixture. FABULOUS !!!! Using the olive oil will prevent any chace of burning too!
I used Baby red potatoes and chicken tenders. When sauteing Chicken I used 4 cubes and when sauteing green beans and potatoes I used 2 cubes. When I set the chicken aside I covered with pan lids to keep warm.
I never write reviews, but when I made this I had to write a review! This is delicious, I loved it and will definitely make it again!
This was fabulous. I was skeptical because it seemed almost too easy, but my entire family loved it. I will DEFINITELY be making this again.
We made this tonight! I cubed my chicken and used zuchinni and onions instead of green beans and it came out fantastic! I did need to add a dash of soy sauce for some flavor to the veggies but over all it was great and we will definately make it again!
I loved it!!! Great Recipe! I will do this for my family again! My parents and brother loved this!
I made this but added onion. It was wonderful. My family loves it and so do I. It will be a favorite around our house. The Saute Express gave a flavor that cannot be beat.
I love the concept of this and I did enjoy it, but did anyone else notice that the butter begins to burn after a short while?? It kinda ruined some of the food. Any ideas?
This recipe will be made over & over again. I didn't have any red potatoes, so I peeled & sliced regular potatoes. I didn't have the "garlic & herb saute express", so I sprinkled the "savory butter & olive saute express" with garlic powder. I didn't have the fresh green beans, so I added canned at the last minute. This was very, very good. My husband told me to make it the exact same way each time.
I made this for Sunday dinner and it turned out great! I used thighs instead of breast and it made it more flavorful.
Made this recipe tonight for dinner and it turned out great. My family loved it. I will definitely be making this again.
I made this recipe last night, it was delicious. Will definitely make it again.
I haven't made this yet but i definitely will be after just cooking chicken in the butter, best chicken Ive ever had! It was incredible i even made Garlic bread outta the butter after letting it come to room temp and smearing it on a a frozen baguette and let it sit for a sec to freeze the butter, like on store bought garlic bread and threw it in the oven till golden brown! Best stuff Ever!
Turned out fantastic. I'll be making this again.
I made this and loved it.
I made this the other night with mushrooms instead of the green beans. I cooked the mushrooms separate due to the amount of moister the put off and I didn't want the potatoes mushy. This is a good recipe and I will make it again.
