Pumpkin bars with a chocolate surprise on the bottom!
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 15x10x1-inch baking pan; set aside.
Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt and remaining spices in bowl. Set aside.
Combine sugar and butter in bowl; beat at medium speed until creamy. Add eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla; continue beating until well mixed. Add pumpkin; beat until well mixed.
Add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture, beating at low speed and scraping bowl often, until well mixed.
Spoon 2 1/4 cups batter into bowl. Add cocoa; mix well. Spread into prepared pan. Spread remaining batter over top.
Bake 21-24 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes.
Combine all glaze ingredients except milk in bowl; beat at low speed, gradually adding enough milk for desired spreading consistency. Drizzle glaze over bars.
