This creamy chocolate and peanut butter pie is as easy to make as it is to eat.
Dietary Fiber: 2g
I substituted the chocolate wafers with Keebler Striped Fudge cookies because they are less expensive and eliminated the 1/4 C. sugar. I will make this again and use 1 Cup whipping cream instead of 2 as it will not take away the peanut butter flavor as does the 2 cups.Otherwise, this is an excellent dessert!
I made this pie today and I don't know if I would use the same crust for it. #1 the sugar did not look like it melted in the crust. The filling is delicious and I can see this as a stand alone dessert with chocolate on top with whipping cream. This would be a very light dessert at the end of a nice meal.
