Grilled corn-on-the-cob is luscious when served with a flavorful herb spread.
Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white. Place all herb butter ingredients in small bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.
Spread each ear corn with 1 teaspoon butter mixture. Wrap each securely in heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Place onto grill. Cover; grill, turning occasionally, 20-30 minutes or until corn is tender. Serve with additional herb butter, if desired.
Parsley Butter: Combine 1/2 cup softened Land O Lakes® Butter, 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.

I made this last weekend for a family party and it was a big hit, especially with the guys (I'm thinking this will make another appearance at Father's Day!)I used fresh garlic and I added some dried crushed red papper since my family likes spicier dishes. Not messy, since the corn and butter are wrapped in foil for grilling. All in all, very good easy recipe for grilled corn on the cob,
