Heat oven to 350°F. Cut off crust from each slice of bread with kitchen shears or knife, shaping slice into an oval resembling a football.
Cut 2 slices cheese into 6 (4x5/8-inch) strips each (12 strips). Cut remaining 2 slices cheese into 12 (2x5/8-inch) strips each (24 strips).
Combine melted butter and garlic salt in small bowl. Place bread slices onto large ungreased baking sheet. Brush slices with half of butter mixture. Bake 4-6 minutes or until toasted. Turn slices over; brush with remaining butter mixture.
Make football design by placing 1 long cheese strip in center of bread. Place 2 short cheese strips across long cheese strip. Curve 1 slice red pepper on each end of bread about 1/4 inch from end. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Bake 3-4 minutes or until cheese starts to melt. Serve warm.
