These easy appetizers are a tasty bite of cheeseburger flavors to serve at your next gathering.
Heat oven to 375°F.
Combine all sauce ingredients in bowl. Refrigerate until serving time.
Spray mini-muffin pan cups with no-stick cooking spray. Press 1 wonton wrapper into each cup. Bake 6-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely; remove from pan.
Cook ground beef, onion, salt and pepper in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned. Drain, if necessary.
Stir in pickles, milk and cheese. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Spoon meat mixture evenly into each wonton cup. Top each with chopped lettuce, sauce and sesame seed. Serve immediately.

Do the wonton wrappers go soggy if left with filling for more than 1 hour? I have done a similar recipe and the wrapper went soggy very fast
I made this for the hubby, son and myself. These were amazing! We made piles of them and they were all gone by the next day. Will definitely make again!
A great variation to this recipe would be to use taco seasoning in the ground beef, made according to pkg directions of your favorite mix, take the mixture off the heat, stir in some diced tomatoes and shredded cheddar, fill the cups and top with some shredded lettuce and sour cream !
Brought this to my husbands office party. It was a hit!
