Sour cream is the special ingredient that makes these pancakes light, fluffy and tender for breakfast or anytime of the day.
Combine all ingredients except blueberries in bowl. Beat until well mixed. Gently stir in blueberries.
Heat griddle to 350°F or until drops of water sizzle.
Pour 1/4 cup batter, for each pancake, onto greased griddle. Cook 2-3 minutes or until bubbles form. Turn; continue cooking 1-2 minutes or until light golden brown. Serve warm with butter and syrup.
Banana-Nut Pancakes: Gently stir in 1/2 cup (1 medium) mashed banana and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.
Dietary Fiber: 1g
Best pancake recipe ever!!!!! Over the top!!!! ....with or without blue berries. No more boxed mix, easy and so much better....my family raves about them every time I make them.

Make sure frozen blueberries are totally thawed.
The Blueberry Sour Cream Pancakes were easy to prepare and a yummy change of pace supper. I like to measure dry ingredients ahead of timeand just before mealtime measure and add wetingredients. I was surprised to get exactly 15 fluffy-tender pancakes. My husband and I enjoyed this meal. Thanks for the recipe.
Melt in your mouth good! My family LOVES these pancakes. I liked using less blueberries or even none, pancakes were still great. Allowed cold ingredients to reach room temperature before mixing and used unsalted Land of Lakes butter.
