Ingredients

1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water (105 to 115°F)
2 cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 teaspoons salt

2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
3/4 cup warm water (105 to 115°F)
2 2/3 cups bread flour
1 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons salt

Directions

Read instruction manual for bread machine; prepare bread according to manual directions. Select loaf size setting and follow proper loaf size ingredient measurements.
