Combine all aioli ingredients in bowl; mix well. Set aside.
Shape ground turkey into 8 patties.
Melt Sauté Express® squares in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat just until bubbles begin to form.
Place patties into skillet. Cook, turning once, 7-10 minutes or until golden brown and no longer pink in center.
Spread aioli onto top and bottom half of each bun. Place lettuce onto bottom half of buns. Top each with tomato slice, burger and top half of bun. Serve immediately.
If your skillet will not accommodate 8 burger patties, cook in 2 batches, using 1 Sauté Express® square for each batch.
