Lemon Paprika Tilapia over Rice Pilaf

Simple, savory flavors come together for a fish dinner everyone will love.

1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 pound whole fresh tilapia fillets
1 small (1/2 cup) onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped carrot
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 (10-ounce) packages frozen microwaveable white rice


Melt 2 Sauté Express® squares in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, just until bubbles begin to form. Add paprika; stir until well mixed.

Add tilapia fillets. Cook, turning once, 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork and is light golden brown. Remove from pan. Keep warm.

Melt remaining Sauté Express® square in same skillet.

Add onion, carrot and celery. Cook 3-5 minutes or until onion is softened and carrot and celery are crisply tender.

Prepare rice according to package directions.

Stir rice into cooked vegetables until combined. Continue cooking until heated through.

Place rice mixture onto platter. Top with fish.
