Serve tzatziki sauce, made with Greek yogurt, with this pita or as a dip or spread with crackers.
Combine all tzatziki sauce ingredients in bowl until well mixed. Set aside.
Melt Sauté Express® squares in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat just until bubbles begin to form. Add oregano; stir until well mixed.
Add lamb; cook 8-10 minutes or until lamb reaches at least 145ºF or desired doneness.
Spread tzatziki sauce evenly onto 1 side of each flatbread.
Top with lamb; garnish with tomato, cucumber and feta cheese. Fold flatbread over filling.
*Substitute beef sirloin or top round steak.

We love gyros, and I was looking for a less expensive alternative to our local Greek restaurant. I found this recipe to be so easy, and my family loved it! These gyros will be a regular part of our menu. I used steak, and the tenderness and flavor were perfect. OPA!
