1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup packed chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups skinned, boned, shredded rotisserie chicken
1 cup broccoli slaw mix
4 white pita pocket halves
Combine mayonnaise, cilantro, cider vinegar, sugar and pepper in bowl. Add chicken and broccoli slaw mix; mix well. Cover; refrigerate 1-2 hours to blend flavors.
Place pita pocket halves onto microwave-safe plate just before serving. Cover with plastic food wrap. Microwave 10-20 seconds or until warm.
Place 2 half slices cheese into each pita pocket half. Fill each with 1/2 cup chicken mixture.
Warming pita pocket halves softens them so they are easier to fill.
