1 (1-ounce) square semi-sweet baking chocolate
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 to 2 tablespoons milk
12 (4-inch) strips fruit leather rolls, each cut in half lengthwise
White decorator gel
24 dark chocolate wafer cookies
White edible glitter or sparkling sugar, if desired
Decorator sprinkles, if desired
Combine butter and chocolate in bowl; microwave 1 minute; stir. Continue microwaving, stirring every 15 seconds, 50-60 seconds or until chocolate is melted and smooth. Add powdered sugar and enough milk for desired spreading consistency; beat at medium speed until creamy.
Place small dot of frosting on each end of 1 strip fruit roll. Wrap strip around lower half of 1 marshmallow, pressing ends together. Repeat with remaining strips fruit roll and marshmallows. Attach candy flowers to each marshmallow with white gel. If desired, add dot of gel to center of each flower.
Spread about 1 teaspoon frosting over each cookie. Place marshmallow, decorated side-down, onto center of cookie. Pipe or spread white gel on rim of cookie and top of marshmallow, as desired. Sprinkle with edible glitter to resemble snow or decorator sprinkles, if desired.
