Get started!

Ingredients

1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 3/4 cups powdered sugar

84 pretzel thins

1 (16-ounce) package chocolate-flavored candy coating (almond bark)

How to make

  1. STEP 1

Combine butter and peanut butter in bowl; beat at low speed until well mixed. Add powdered sugar; continue beating until well mixed.

  2. STEP 2

Place 2 teaspoons peanut butter mixture onto bottom side of 1 pretzel thin. Top with another pretzel thin bottom-side down. Repeat with remaining peanut butter mixture and pretzels.

  3. STEP 3

Line baking sheet with parchment or waxed paper. Set aside.

  4. STEP 4

Melt chocolate coating according to package directions. Dip half of each pretzel sandwich into chocolate, shaking off excess. Place onto prepared baking sheet. Let stand 15 minutes or until chocolate is set. Store pretzel sandwiches in resealable plastic food bag up to 2 weeks.

Tip #1

If chocolate coating begins to harden while preparing treats, re-heat chocolate according to package directions. Add color by sprinkling dipped pretzels with decorator sugars or sprinkles immediately after placing onto baking sheet. To set chocolate more quickly, refrigerate dipped pretzels 3 to 5 minutes.

Tip #3
