I made this tonight and it was excellent! I should have read the review first because I did the same thing with the bacon. Cook time should only be 4-5 min. I will make this again.
I made this recipe last night and it turned out great! My only change would be to drop the bake time on the candied bacon to 5 minutes per side. I cooked my first batch of candied bacon for the recommended time and I filled my house with smoke and it was burned to a crisp. My wife said this is the only way we will make Brussels sprouts from now on!
