Sticky Lemon Chicken

This easy meal looks and tastes just like one from your favorite Asian restaurant.

Ingredients

1 pound frozen cooked breaded chicken tenders
1 medium (1 cup) onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium (1 cup) red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup fresh snow pea pods, cut diagonally in half
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1/4 cup honey
Hot cooked rice, if desired

Directions

Bake chicken tenders according to package directions. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Melt Sauté Express® square in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat; add onion. Cook 2-3 minutes or until onion begins to soften. Add red bell pepper, snow peas and garlic; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 2-3 minutes or until peppers begin to soften. Stir in honey; cook 1 minute or until mixture thickens slightly.

Stir chicken pieces into vegetable mixture. Cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is coated and heated through.

Serve over rice, if desired.
