Flavorful teriyaki shrimp and pineapple come together over rice for a quick and complete meal made entirely on the grill.
Heat gas grill to medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
Stack two large pieces heavy-duty aluminum foil, about 20 inches long, on top of each other. Cut Sauté Express® squares into quarters; place pieces in center of foil, about 1 inch apart. Top with raw shrimp in single layer. Cover with onions, bell pepper and pineapple. Top with cooked rice. Bring long sides of aluminum foil together; seal top and sides of packet.
Place foil packet onto grill. Close lid; grill 15-20 minutes or until shrimp are bright pink and ingredients are heated through. Remove from grill.
Invert entire packet onto platter, open packet carefully. Serve immediately.

Not bad, but next time I'd serve the rice separately. The sauté squares were a little thinned-out trying to season everything, and serving plain rice on the side would have allowed the teriyaki flavor to concentrate in the shrimp and vegetables, where I appreciated it more.
