3 pounds (28) chicken wingettes and drummies
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh ginger root
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, if desired
Heat oven to 425°F. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with aluminum foil. Spray foil with no-stick cooking spray.
Place chicken onto prepared pan. Bake 30 minutes; drain off fat.
Reduce heat to 375°F.
Combine all glaze ingredients in bowl. Pour over chicken. Bake, turning occasionally, 25-35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Place chicken onto serving plate. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
- Look for balsamic glaze in the glaze or vinegar section of the grocery store.
- Use nonstick foil instead of regular foil sprayed with no-stick cooking spray.
