Baked Cranberry Jalapeño Dip

Tart and spicy, this baked cheese dip will liven up any gathering.

10 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli Yellow American, chopped into 1/4-inch pieces
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons jarred jalapeño peppers, finely chopped
2 cups frozen cranberries
2 tablespoons sugar
Baguette slices, toasted, if desired


Heat oven to 350ºF.

Combine American, cream cheese and jalapeños in bowl; mix well.

Place cranberries and sugar in another bowl; toss to coat. Gently stir cranberries into cheese mixture.

Spread mixture into 1-quart casserole dish. Bake 30-35 minutes or until bubbly around edges.

Serve with baguette slices, if desired.

Recipe Tip

Jalapeño peppers can be found in jars in the condiment section of the grocery store.

This is delicious! I had to use canned whole cranberries so did not add the sugar, just mixed the cranberries into the cheese mixture, added the jalepinos & baked. A wonderfully tasty, easy dish.
Will make it again, possible try using pineapple chunks in place of cranberries...who knows, might work.
