Kimchi Sliders

Teriyaki and kimchi deliver big flavors in these sliders.

1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped water chestnuts
3 tablespoons chopped green onion
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1 cup mild kimchi, coarsely chopped
16 mini-buns or dinner rolls, split, toasted
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro


Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.

Place Sauté Express® squares into bowl; microwave 5 seconds or just until softened.

Add ground beef, water chestnuts, green onions and bread crumbs to bowl; mix well.

Divide meat into 16 balls. Flatten into 2-inch patties.

Place patties onto grill; grill 6-10 minutes, turning once, until desired doneness.

Spoon 1 tablespoon kimchi onto bottom half of each bun. Top with burger, 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro and top half of bun.
