Italian Cheesesteak Sandwiches

Italian Herb Sauté Express® squares add a boost of flavor to this classic sandwich.

Ingredients

1 pound sliced deli roast beef
1 medium (1 cup) onion, thinly sliced
1 small (1/2 cup) red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 small (1/2 cup) green bell pepper, thinly sliced
4 hoagie-style rolls, split

Directions

Heat oven to 350ºF.

Melt 2 Sauté Express® squares in nonstick skillet over medium high heat just until bubbles begin to form. Add beef; cook, stirring often, until beef is no longer pink. Remove from skillet; keep warm.

Melt remaining Sauté Express® square in same skillet. Add onions and bell peppers; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until vegetables are softened.

Divide meat evenly among rolls; top with vegetables and 2 slices cheese. Place onto baking pan; bake 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
