Treat yourself to a rich and moist chocolate brownie that is gluten-free.
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom only of 8 or 9-inch square baking pan. Set aside.
Melt butter, unsweetened chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate in 2-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, 4-7 minutes or until smooth. Remove from heat.
Stir in sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in flour blend and salt; mix just until all ingredients are moistened and brownie mixture is smooth. (Do not overmix.)
Spread brownie mixture into prepared pan. Bake 25-32 minutes or until brownies just begin to pull away from sides of pan. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely.

Yummy, chewy! I didn't have semi-sweet baking chocolate, so subbed chocolate chips. I also frosted with a chocolate buttercream frosting. Delicious! I plan to try adding chocolate chips and/or nuts the next time.
I have made these several times and have followed the recipe exactly for cakelike brownies and used just 2 eggs for a heavier, dense brownie. Either way they are always a hit.
Really yummy with 1 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup walnuts added! Also, better the next day, refrigerated.
be careful not to overbake, gets very dry quickly

This year, my grandson Clark is 3 years old, so I wanted to make some cookies that he would love to eat and would find to be fun, too. These adorable Powdered Sugar Snowmen Cookies are just the ticket.
Chocolate’s complex flavor brings out the sweetness and tanginess of fruit, mellows the heat of peppers, and comes alive when introduced to a little bit of salt. The real question should be, “What can’t you dip in chocolate?” More ...
