Yummy! They taste like little gems of chocolate filled goodness!! I would recommend using a cookie scoop... otherwise, the cookie could be tender if you don't "pack" them. Love this recipe!!
Delicious and soft/moist. Fudgy and chocolatey. I made these with a mix of semisweet and white chocolate chips. A favorite of kids AND adults (I can only imagine what it would taste like with a little instant coffee/espresso mixed in for the adults!! I'll try that next time). This recipe is a keeper.
Recipe definitely yields 4 1/2 dozen per batch. The smaller you make the cookies, the more you will get. I used less chocolate chips than the recipe called for - about 3/4 of the bag. I thought the whole bag was too many chips. The cookies were delicious - definitely for chocolate lovers!
