Mustard flavors this breakfast cheese, ham and egg-topped English muffin sandwich.
Heat broiler. Place muffin halves onto ungreased baking sheet. Broil 3 to 5 inches from heat until light golden brown (1 to 2 minutes).
Remove from oven; spread each muffin half with 1/2 teaspoon mustard.
Remove 4 muffin halves from baking sheet; set aside.
Top each remaining muffin half with 1 ham slice, 1/4 egg slices, 1 cheese slice and 1 ham slice. Continue broiling until cheese just begins to melt (1 to 2 minutes). Top with reserved muffin halves.
*Substitute poached or fried eggs.
