Ingredients

1 cup sugar

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa

1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened

1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Half & Half

2 tablespoons light corn syrup

Dash salt

2 cups powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine sugar and cocoa in 2-quart saucepan; add butter, half & half, corn syrup and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 5-8 minutes or until mixture comes to a full boil. Continue boiling; stirring occasionally, 6 minutes. Cool 1 hour. Beat in powdered sugar and vanilla.
