Maple Walnut Fudge

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk (We recommend NESTLE® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk)
2 tablespoons LAND O LAKES® Butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 (12-ounce) package white baking chips (We recommend NESTLE® TOLL HOUSE® Morsels)
1 1/2 teaspoons maple flavoring
50 walnut halves or pieces

Directions

Line 13 x 9-inch pan with foil. Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt in medium heavy-duty saucepan. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Boil, stirring constantly, for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Stir in marshmallows, nuts, white baking chips and maple flavoring. Stir until marshmallows are melted (1 minute). Pour into prepared baking pan.

Place nut halves in rows on top of fudge, spacing about 1/2 inch apart. Press nuts into fudge. Cover; refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares.
