Cut out cookies with gourmet flair! These tender, yet crisp butter cookies are flavored with coffee and dipped in a chocolate glaze.

I found the dough very hard to work with, even though I let it sit in the refrigerator long enough. I wound up having to use a lot of flour when rolling it out. If I make these cookies again I will increase the flour to 3 cups and see if that helps. It does have a lovely buttery-coffee flavor.
