1 pound beef stir-fry strips
3 cups broccoli florets
1/2 cup sesame ginger stir-fry sauce*
1 (14- to 15-ounce) can baby corn, drained, cut in half
Many supermarkets will offer pre-cut beef strips for stir-frying. If they're not available, use a piece of beef top round steak and thinly slice the meat across the grain into bite-sized strips. Partially freezing the meat, about 20 minutes, before cutting will make it easier to slice into thin strips.
