Recipe Comments & Reviews

I was hungry for a GF cookie. Other recipes required chilling and I did not want to wait. Followed the directions but added a little salt. I can't stop eating them. Perfect.
This is the easiet gluten free cookies recipe I have ever made. I used psyllium husk instead of xanthan gum. The cookies turned out perfectly. Everyone loves it! Thank you so much for the recipe :)
I made 1 batch of cookies, half with sprinkles and half with brown sugar. The ones rolled in brown sugar were delicious and crispy sugary outside. These were very easy to make, held their shape, and fool-proof for a inexperienced cookie baker. They came out perfectly and I will definately use this as my go-to gluten-free cookie recipe for my family. The sugar on the outside balanced out the bean-flour flavor nicely.
These cookies are a great texture and nice flavor. I added some salt (I was using salt free butter) and skimped on the sugar. I will use the full 3/4 cup of sugar next time but will still not roll them in sugar. I just pressed the flat with my palm greased with butter. I made plain and also sprinkled with plain cinnamon on top (using small sieve). My favorites are the ones with the cinnamon.
Oh My !! This is a delicious cookie recipe. I recommend it highly!!!
Fast and easy recipe for drop style sugar cookies (with no refrigeration/chill time to wait for). Rolling in sprinkles makes them fun but rolling in sugar works just as well and they taste great. I used the Land O Lakes flour blend in this and all recipes I've tried here and it is my favorite GF blend!
My cookies came out tasting Ike popcorn
These came out perfect. I used Bob's Red Mill gluten free baking mix for the flour. Some of the cookies were rolled in cinnamon sugar, some were plain, and some had chocolate chips added. I didn't bother pressing them flat.
Everyone LOVED these! I dipped them in chocolate & added GF sprinkles & they were the hit of the dessert table :) (I used a gf flour that I make for all of my baking). I was able to put this dough into a cookie press too :)
I made these yesterday and they were very good. They held their shape well, didn't flatten out when baked. I made them with the gf sprinkles and some with sugar. Thank you for the recipes!
We loved this recipe! I used some fresh squeezed lemon instead of the vanilla (because we didn't have any vanilla). i also made a thumb print and filled with our favorite jam and then sprinkled with sugar. Delicious, not many ingreduents and super easy!
