1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
5 cups oven-toasted corn, rice or wheat cereal squares
2 cups oyster crackers
2 cups pretzel sticks, broken in half
1 (9.5-ounce) can (2 cups) salted cashew halves
1 (1.2-ounce) package Italian or Caesar dry salad dressing mix
Heat oven to 300°F.
Combine all ingredients except butter and salad dressing mix in ungreased large roasting pan.
Combine butter and salad dressing mix in bowl. Pour over cereal mixture; toss to coat.
Bake, stirring twice, 20-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely. Store in container with tight-fitting lid.
Snack may be baked in 2 (13x9-inch) or 2 (15x10x1-inch) baking pans.
