Creamy blue cheese sauce complements the spicy hot flavor of the chicken wings.
Combine all sauce ingredients in bowl; mix well. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
Heat oven to 425°F.
Place thawed chicken into ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake 25 minutes. Drain.
Combine hot sauce, butter and seasoned salt in bowl. Pour mixture over hot chicken; stir to coat. Continue baking 40-45 minutes, spooning hot sauce mixture over chicken every 10 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink.
Place chicken onto serving platter. Serve with blue cheese sauce and celery sticks.

These were easy to make although they do take some time. The blue cheese dressing was very good. I made it with light sour cream.
Great wings, best blue cheese dip ever. Yum!
