Pumpkin bars so moist and delicious, they don’t even need frosting!
Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine all bar ingredients in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.
Pour batter into greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake 25-35 minutes or until bar springs back when touched lightly in center. Cool completely.

This recipe is delicious! Better than any pumpkin bread/muffin I have ever had! I didn't use all the butter though, I only put in about half of what the recipe calls for and it still was delicious!
Wonderful and with the doily design on top Beautiful presentation Thank you for a great recipe i always add a little extra cinnamon and pinch of nutmeg
These are great. Don't be fooled by the picture, they're only about an inch high. :-) The texture is soft, fluffy, and melts in your mouth. I lined my baking pan with parchment paper to make sure they didn't stick. Will definitely make these again.
family loved it
I made this recipe for the first time to take as a dessert for Thanksgiving and it was a big hit! As an added sweetner, I drizzled it with icing.
Great for a crowd I iced it with cinnamon spiced frosting with orange jimmies for Halloween
My family enjoyed this sweet treat. I iced it with cream cheese frosting. Yum!
This is great for potlucks and other gatherings. I've had many requests for the recipe.
Followed the recipe exactly. Very disappointed. Not much flavor at all. The crust ends up having an eggy taste.
this would is great for when have friends over for tea & coffe

I have a thing for peppermint and chocolate. Especially once the holidays roll around. I feel like it’s only acceptable to make chocolate mint treats during the holiday season, so maybe that makes it even more exciting.
