Another LOL cookie recipe that is the best! I make these for Christmas every year, along with LOL raspberry almond thumbprint cookie, lemon bars and the chewy jumbo chocolate chip cookies. Everyone wants my recipes - i just tell them to visit!
This was the best snowball cookie I have tried. They melted in your mouth. Everyone said they were to die for. The powdered sugar didn't melt into the cookie like other recipes I have tried, but then again they were gone in a day. I had tripled the recipe too. Of course using Land o Lakes butter was what made the cookie......
I FINALLY FOUND IT!! An old family favorite,
that I enjoyed every Christmas, but my
grandmother refused to write it down..and
when she passed no one had it remembered. I
gave this a try THIS IS IT!!! I made them
with pecans, and with finely chopped
walnuts...they melted in my mouth and brought
back memories...
Thanks Land O'Lakes hey alot of ppl call
these butterballs, or snowballs..add it to
the search and more will find it!
