Oatmeal one-bowl bar cookie recipe will travel and freeze well.
Heat oven to 375°F.
Combine butter, brown sugar and sugar in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; continue beating until well mixed. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Beat at low speed until well mixed. Add oats; mix well. Stir in peanut butter chips, chocolate chips and walnuts.
Press dough evenly into ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake 16-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
*Substitute 1 (11-ounce) package (1 2/3 cups) peanut butter and milk chocolate chips for peanut butter chips and chocolate chips.

Wonderful bar cookie; easy prep, and delicious. I made several batches at Christmas!
This recipe is very easy. I make it often as a quick treat and everyone loves it.
baked these as a snack for our family vacation, and they were a big hit. i threw in dark chocolate, milk chocolate, peanut butter and butterscotch chips, so they had something for everyone! they also traveled nicely, stayed moist and didnt make a big mess.
didn't have choco. chips. use plain m&ms. kids like them a lot
I did everything exept added just chocolate chips no peanut butter chips and added caramel sprikle mix from pampered chef. 2 tablesspoons.
