This peanut butter fudge recipe utilizes the ease of microwaving and the goodness of peanut butter to make this fudge a sure winner.
Butter 8-inch square baking pan; set aside.
Place butter and peanut butter into bowl. Microwave 1 1/2-2 minutes or until butter melts; stir until well mixed. Stir in all remaining ingredients until lumps of sugar disappear. Microwave 1 1/2-2 minutes or until softened but not bubbly; stir.
Pour into prepared pan. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour until firm. Cut into squares. Store refrigerated.

When I made this the first time, it came out amazing. I even stirred in some chocolate chips right at the end. I wanted to try to make a batch that was a little less sweet and little more peanut buttery, so I reduced the sugar by a cup and increased the peanut butter to 1 cup. Somehow it didn't come out as good, it was lumpy and greasy and didn't set. Bottom line, stick with the recipe, and add a few chocolate chips for variation. It is perfect that way!
Best fudge I have ever made or eaten! Creamy, sets up great especially overnight, and can be cut into perfect squares very well. Everyone loved it!
This is an awesome recipe! I have made it several times and it always turns out perfect. By far one of my favorite recipes! I highly recommend it, especially if you have not tried it before!

I have made this recipe for several years now and get lots of compliments. People ask for the recipe and I send them straight to Land 0' Lakes website where they always find other fantastic recipes.
I made this fudge yesterday. It turned out really smooth, creamy, and very delicious. The only problem I had with it is that it was to soft and didn't get hard enough to cut. I followed the directions step by step so not sure what the problem was but it is a good fudge.

This is a great treat and my daughters favorite. At the holidays I'm always asked to fix their favorite treats and they all love this. I will continue to make it. It is so easy and takes very little time and you can't go wrong.
