Melt butter in heavy 2-quart saucepan; stir in sugar, half & half and cocoa mix. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 5-7 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil. Continue boiling 1 minute. (Foam may form after cooling; stir well with wire whisk.)
Serve warm or cool. Store refrigerated. Drizzle over cookies, cake or ice cream
