This recipe turned out very nicely! I omitted the cherries. Very Good flavor!
One of the best Biscotti I've made. I didn't have dried cherries so I used dried cranberries instead. I made these for work and it was a hit. I'll definitely make them again.
Another great Land O Lakes recipe! The eggnog flavor was very subtle so now I add 2 tsp. rum and 1 1/4 tsp. nutmeg. I prefer a fairly crisp biscotti so I add a round of 8 minute baking on each side after the fisrt 13 and 12 minute baking.
The only changes I made was using a mixed dried fruit instead of the cherries and eliminating the rum extract. (My daughter and daughters in law went on a girls' trip and I make these cookies to take. One of my daughters in law doesn't like cherries so I had to make a change for her.)
