Snickerdoodle Ice Cream

Ingredients
12 cup sugar
12 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 12 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 cup Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream
1 12 cups Land O Lakes® Half & Half
1 12 teaspoons vanilla
How to make

STEP 1
Combine sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon in bowl. Stir in whipping cream, half & half and vanilla. Cover; refrigerate 1-2 hours or overnight.

STEP 2
Pour into 1-quart ice cream freezer. Freeze 20-30 minutes or according to manufacturer's directions.
Tip #1
- A fanciful New England cookie, the snickerdoodle is delicately flavored with a sugar-cinnamon top. Similiar versions contain the same spices, but may also have nuts or raisins. We patterned this recipe after the purist's version, without the raisins or nuts.
Tip #2
- Double the ingredients in the recipe if using a 2-quart ice cream freezer.
