Snickerdoodle Ice Cream
Cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar create a delicious ice cream.

Combine sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl. Stir in whipping cream, half & half and vanilla. Cover; refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or overnight.
Pour into 1-quart ice cream freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions (20 to 30 minutes).
- A fanciful New England cookie, the snickerdoodle is delicately flavored with a sugar-cinnamon top. Similiar versions contain the same spices, but may also have nuts or raisins. We patterned this recipe after the purist's version, without the raisins or nuts.
- Double the ingredients in the recipe if using a 2-quart ice cream freezer.
