Pull-Apart Bread

This easy pull-apart bread is a garlic lover's delight and a perfect addition to a casual buffet.

Ingredients

12 frozen whole wheat or white dinner roll dough, thawed
1/3 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic

Directions

Grease 12-cup Bundt® pan or 10-inch angel food cake (tube) pan; set aside.

Cut dinner rolls in half; place into bowl.

Combine all remaining ingredients in another bowl. Pour over rolls; toss to coat well.

Arrange rolls in prepared pan. Cover; let rise in warm place 45-60 minutes or until double in size.

Heat oven to 350°F.

Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes; invert pan to remove bread. Serve warm.

Our potluck theme was "bring your favorite dish". Even though I had never made this it sounded great and I had the whole wheat rolls in the freezer. It was a huge hit and it has now become one of "my favorite recipes". It was quick and easy to make, too.
I made this recipe a few years ago for a dinner with a group of friends. The major problem with it is when every I get invited to any of thier dinners I always get a request to make these rolls!!!!
