2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 to 5 teaspoons milk
2 tablespoons chopped pecans, toasted, if desired
Heat oven to 350°F. Melt butter in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat (3 to 4 minutes). Remove from heat. Stir in sugar, brown sugar and egg until well mixed. Stir in all remaining brownie ingredients; mix well.
Spread batter into greased 9-inch square or 11x7-inch baking pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until edges are lightly browned and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
Combine powdered sugar, vanilla and enough milk for desired glazing consistency in small bowl. Drizzle over brownies. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons chopped pecans, if desired. Cut into bars.
*Substitute Land O Lakes® Salted Butter.
