QIn Georgia, we go back to school in late summer and I'm a teacher. I try to pack a nutritious lunch to keep my energy level high despite the heat. Do you have ideas for good lunchbox recipes that would be appetizing and healthy after a long morning of teaching on a hot day?

You're smart to think about keeping your energy up when working with kids! These satisfying meals will get you looking forward to lunchtime, and raring to go afterward.

Sandwich wraps, noodle dishes or entrée salads are all great choices for chilled lunches that are easy to make, portable, and keep well in a cooler bag by the desk. Try these three recipes for starters — tempting combinations of deli meats, cheeses, crunchy veggies and fruits. The Berry Turkey Salad, Pan-Asian Beef and Noodle Salad, and the Salsa and Turkey Wrap will all definitely pass the lunchbox test with honors.

Stay cool!
