QWith fall here, I'm looking for some nutritious, wholesome, heart healthy recipes. For me, the cooler temperatures mean leaving the grill behind for a while to make comfort foods, like easy casseroles or one-dish meals.

We support your instinct to cuddle up by the fire with a warm dinner! Comfort foods are wonderful this time of year. These three quick and easy recipes have all the richness you crave, but less calories from fat than most comfort dishes.

On a busy day, try Mandarin Orange Chicken. It comes together in 15 minutes and simmers in the slow cooker while you work on other things. If you're in the mood for meat and potatoes, whip up this Skillet Beef with Potatoes and Peppers - made with light butter and loaded with nutritious and colorful bell peppers. Turkey Shepherd's Pie is another great way to enjoy a classic comfort meal with a healthy turkey twist.

I use butter with canola. Can I substitute this for real butter in recipes?
