Resolutions are hard. In fact, we don’t really believe in them in the test kitchens. Instead, we like to live by the saying, “Everything in moderation.” Sometimes you just need a bowl of macaroni and cheese or a little chocolate, and that’s okay! It’s all about balance, and for those of you who do make resolutions, we’re here to offer some suggestions for when you need to cheat - just a little bit.
 

After weeks of salads and lean protein, a cheeseburger sounds pretty delicious. Fried Pickle Cheeseburger and the All-In Burgers are a couple of our favorites.
 

Macaroni and cheese could be considered the ultimate comfort food. Our new Beer Cheese Mac and Cheese is perfect for staying in on a cold Sunday.
