Ingredients

Cucumber, cut into medium dice
1/3 cup
Radishes, small dice
1/3 cup
Light mayonnaise
1/2 cup
Celery, cut into small dice
1 teaspoon
Dried dill weed
1/8 teaspoon
Pepper
6 ounces
Turkey breast, fat free, sliced*
8 (3/4-ounce) slices
Land O Lakes® 50% Reduced Sodium, 50% Reduced Fat Process American
4 (6-inch)
Pita breads, warmed, cut in half

Tomatoes, chopped
 
*Sodium may be reduced by using lower sodium sliced turkey alternative.

Directions

  1. Combine cucumbers, radishes, mayonnaise, celery, dill weed and pepper.
  2. Fill each pita bread half with 3/4-ounce turkey, 1 slice cheese, 1 lettuce leaf, 3 tablespoons vegetable mixture and 1 tablespoon chopped tomatoes.
