1/3 cup
Half & half

Eggs
1 teaspoon
Vanilla
8 slices
English muffin bread or Texas toast
3 tablespoons

Maple syrup

Directions

  1. Combine half & half, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Dip bread into mixture, turning to coat both sides. Let stand 1 minute.
  2. Melt Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread in skillet or 350°F griddle until sizzling; add dipped bread. Cook, turning once, until golden brown (4 to 6 minutes).
  3. Serve warm with additional Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread and maple syrup.
